Platforms like Tinder and Bumble saw significant increases in their user bases; for instance, Bumble's user count rose to 1,142.1 thousand in 2020 from 855.6 thousand in 2019. The introduction of pandemic-specific features by several platforms, such as video calling and badges indicating openness to virtual dating, contributed to this growth.

DGOD Vision and BENEFITS
Enter the Distributed Governance Online Dating Application (DGOD) or DAPP powered by a fully-fledged .NET based Restful API built from the ground up for scalability, accessibility, and flexibility. Sitting on top of this API is our POC beta mobile application.
Our plan is simple: Create a vetted and secure contract on a secure layer 3network, we are currently targeting Arbitrium, Xai, IMX, StarkNet and Zksynk ,Linea,Berchain as Blast and Manta. Our application will be a fully compatible blockchain Application with contracts deployed to multiple layer 2-3 networks.
That provides token holders with the following benefits:
Ability to Vote on all major board decisions that involve financial distributions (revenue or developer fund spending) that have not already been approved by previous passed votes, each token represents the right of one vote.
Full Revenue sharing and participation in the proceeds of ALL phases:
Claim Drop in Q3 2025, for users based on activities such as testing the application and purchasing and minting NFTS and Packages as listed below.

Token owners can purchase subscriptions and services from the Anewluv website and mobile apps at a discounted rate (Discount rate TBD)
Submit proposals to the DGOD board through the contract proposal system, to avoid spam attacks users will have to have a minimum number of tokens to submit proposals. Proposals that are accepted will reward the proposer with tokens or ether (TBD) on a tiered basis. 20% reward when the proposal is accepted by most token holders and the remaining 80% when it is deemed implemented either on Contract or the Anewluv suite.
Other possible benefits will accrue as the Anewluv applications mature.
The DGOD token is a primary component of the DGOD contract and will be created during the ICO period (described in this whitepaper) Following the first major release of the DGOD the token will have (among the other functions described in the previous section) a variety of functions on the Ethereum network.

Primary Token/Contract features

Contract will have three primary addresses as follows:
Primary address – Crowdfunding balance will be deposited in this address (multisig)
Revenue address – for transparency all revenue generated via all forms will be distributed into this ether address, this includes fiat funds that will be sold at market prices into ether by the designated Trustee. (multisig)
Development/Marketing fund address, when the contract is initially launched there will be a vote after tokens have been distributed to determine the percentage of revenue that is redirected into this address which is also multisig and funds are also subject to a vote before withdrawal. (multisig)
We will now discuss the planned milestones for the DGOD project development, we will also discuss some of the expected challenges. The Anewluv online dating API code for the back end is totally proprietary and is the result of several years of single developer development and rigorous refactoring and testing.
The API is fully discoverable and the help pages which display the requirements for API use are displayed at the links below on our Test servers. Here are a few of the API links below, there are many more which we will release in our full API documentation when the API becomes available for third party use. Currently documentation is all internal and for developer use only for mobile and web client creation.
Authentication API (user access, profile creation via the client or social media support (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, and Yahoo)
Member Action API (generates data points for all possible actions members can perform on the APP/Website)
GeoService API (We have an internal geodata database for search, profile creation, location services etc., This API provides full access for the clients to the Postal Database which currently is updated for 120+ countries and territories with full latitude/longitude and data point capabilities as well as postal codes for countries who have them)
The Anewluv web client code for the front-end website is a standard SPA based JavaScript client but due to a requirement for our send mail client for user email distribution and notifications we cannot make the client repo public. We plan to release a separate GitHub repository of the web client code with the send mail access code bits removed so the code can be viewed and reviewed by all parties.

Integrating payment processors and a payment page into the web client and mobile clients in development, we will accept all forms of digital currency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Lite Coin and possible Zcash and Dash) As well as traditional payment systems (PayPal, Visa and MasterCard) All fiat payments will be converted into Ethereum tokens and forwarded to the DGOD revenue address. The same goes for all non-Ethereum payment types either handled via the payment processor or Escrow as well.
Adverting SEO and a Heavy Marketing campaign – This will be a slow roll campaign as we need the mobile apps to be completed before we start the large marketing push. In the initial two years of
this project marketing will be the largest part of our budget (30-50% of ICO funds)
The expected completion time for this phase is four months after the crowd sale or
Q3 2025, keep in mind all this time the Anewluv website will be active
and constantly adding users and memberships.
After phase three we can begin to achieve the primary goal of the project: rewarding all the toke holders and growing the project as a whole. This phase will involve updating the DGOD contract with code to allow for biweekly payouts of Ethereum tokens to the token owners on the previously agreed on scale: 40% of bi-weekly earnings are distributed evenly to all ACTIVE tokens (excluding the tokens in the development fund) 30% is reinvested into advertising and the remaining 30% goes towards ongoing development, system maintains, hardware/software hosting and team member salaries. These numbers are tentative and will be subject to a bi-annual vote open to all token holders. The board will propose new numbers on a bi-annual basis and submit the vote to the DGOD contract, if no vote is submitted the status quo will remain.
The order of the contract upgrade tasks is TBD since development can proceed concurrently with phase 2 and 3 once ICO is complete. We estimate no later than Q3 2025.
The ICO of the DGOD project and the corresponding token creation process will run a smart contract (DGOD DAO contract) deployed on the Ethereum and Layer 3 Networks. All Initial Coin Offering (ICO) investors who want to support its development and reap any potential rewards can join freely by sending Ether directly to the designated Ethereum address.
Participants can also simply create an account on our ICO website (Link pending) and send either bitcoin or Ether to the designated addresses and the corresponding number of DGOD tokens will be reserved for them.
ICO will end when the end block is created or when the maximum amount of ether sent to the account reaches the maximum.

ICO is implemented as a smart contract with a few simple parameters:
? DGOD Development Group: controls the contract and the primary address to which gathered ether (Multisig address)
? Percent of pre-allocated tokens is 24% (17% - Anewluv Team, 3% - DGOD Team, 4% DGOD development fund)
? StartBlock, EndBlock: these block numbers indicate the start and the end of the ICO process.

? DGOD creation rate, denominated in ETH;
The ICO process leads to the creation of DGOD, a backbone token for the DGOD DAO.DGOD implementation follows widely adopted token implementation standards with two additional functionalities core to the ICO process and future upgrades, namely, token creation and token migration:
? Create token - during the ICO process, the ICO contract can issue new DGOD (based on the amount of sent ETH).-By default, created DGOD is locked (nontransferable). Only when ICO is finalized are tokens unlocked and participants able to transfer them. The creation function is enabled only during the ICO phase; it does not allow the creation of tokens after the ICO phase is over (token supply is constant ever after).
? Migrate token - a function which implements DGOD migration to another contract. - Does nothing by default, but if at some point a DGOD upgrade is required it can be used to transfer all the tokens to the new contract recommended by the DGOD development Group.
The Migration/Upgrade ability is needed in case we need to update the token implementation for whatever reason. Token holders will have the right to choose to upgrade their tokens or not. ** Note ** In such a case token holder that do not migrate will not gain any of the benefits of the new token properties such as the ability to receive the bi-weekly payouts.
Rather than go it alone and fully reap the rewards of the Anewluv.com platform we have decided to crowdfund not only to gain extra visibility for our application but also because we believe in a more decentralized management structure along with our belief in fact that by leveraging the potential of the Ethereum Network we can create one among many of a class more evenly distributed wealth generation platforms which should be the way forward in this new decentralized world.
We feel that such an organization would not only have less overhead from the top management level since all votes are by the token owners themselves, but we can also provide greater returns to the token owners by automating a lot of the tasks such as payments, payouts and general decision making using the DGOD smart contract on the Ethereum Virtual machine.
The Ether raised during ICO will be used by the DGOD Development Group in accordance with the roadmap presented above.
The contract portion (Phase 4 on the roadmap) should be considered the most challenging part of the project since the website and actual Anewluv application is already in its final stages of development (Mobile Excluded) We intend to complete the project up through phase 3 in any case but of course the quality and speed of development of the final product depends heavily on the success of the ICO effort.
Assuming we hit the minimum ICO goal we expect to have the completed project: mobile development, working DGOD DAO contract with basic monetization and payout subcontracts implemented. If we hit our larger goals, we can implement the advanced Voting contracts bits, Development fund toolbox and voting procedures, further monetization, and micro-transactions as well as deployment of the front end backed by the Anewluv API to more platforms. We will also be able to implement sharing advertising revenue, escrow services and other potential nice to haves.
The Anewluv Team consists solely of employment costs for in-house web and mostly mobile development, it is possible we will contract portions of the mobile work out to a third party. We assume that with maximum financing.
We will be able to finance a team of 4 people (1 web developer, 1-2 mobile developers, front end graphics designer, 1 DBA for a period of two years.
DGOD Team consists solely of employment costs for an in-house Expert Ethereum/Web3 developer team (2 developers max) their tasks will be to develop the contracts to specification, as well as long term management and maintenance.
Office and indirect costs include costs of temporary office space as well as indirect, employment-related costs.
Contractors cover all third parties we are willing to work with. The number here is high if we must contract out more security audits and pay for Escrow services. Legal and accounting services are also included in this category.
Marketing costs are strictly related to the DGOD expansion plan. This includes both communication and marketing efforts to get new communities onboard, as well as supporting (financing or co-financing) third party integrations with the Anewluv API platform, Daily advertising as well as Television campaigns in hot markets.
The Network/Hosting technologies category covers expenditures, networking infrastructure for hosting web and mobile applications APIs.
Contingency fund is calculated as 5% of the total budget.
With minimum financing the core goal will be to create the mobile app (Anewluv Team) and the basic DGOD contract to provide payouts to token holders and create basic vote contacts. Advertising will be budgeted low at this rate compared to maximum or higher financing.
With maximum financing the core goals will not change, however we can shrink our percentage of total budgets for development since we do not expect the Mobile development and DGOD DAO contract development to exceed certain levels. Advertising budget will balloon to allow for higher project visibility and faster monetization due to higher financing. We can also have a larger contingency and contractor budget for if items do increase in costs as well as a more robust network infrastructure and cloud-based hosting vs in house.

The DGOD and Anewluv Platform/API will be a very challenging project however we feel that since we have a great core of in-house development, an existing API and framework which we need to build on and expand/integrate we have a very good head start and we will be successful regardless how any roadblocks happen to appear in our path.
That is our promise to our potential token holders and investors we WILL succeed since we already have a fully working product that just needs to be deployed to other platforms and further monetized.
